John helps the team decide what to ride, wear, drive and everything else to get a professional cycling team up and running. He knows how to create a successful squad from his vast experience in the pro cycling industry. John has worked as a professional mechanic domestically and abroad; planned and organized pro stage races in the US and China; was competition coordinator at the Tour de Georgia and Tour of Missouri; served as race director for the Ohio Valley Cyclocross Series; was team director for the ProChain Jr. Cycling Team; served on the board of the Lion Hearts Jr. CX Team; has guided cycling trips across France for 20+ years; is a former Category 1 road and CX racer; holds UCI mechanic, driving and directing licenses; and is an advanced EMT and wilderness EMT. A Cincinnati-native and father of two, John is an avid motorcyclist and loves fixing anything with wheels, gears or engines.
