Jim brings over 40 years of financial management experience to Cynisca Cycling including funding, cash forecasting and management, internal control systems, compliance, SEC and public reporting, employee benefit plans, and insurance programs from a broad range of industries. In his career, he has worked for two International CPA firms – Deloitte and Pricewaterhouse Coopers – and most recently served as CFO of Solution Tree Inc. for 15 years. Mr. Watson has an active CPA license, is a member of the AICPA and INCPAS and serves on multiple boards.   As CFO, Jim has primary oversight for financial reporting, cash management, human resources, and risk management.
